Theme Park Entertainment and a dream of performing on Broadway.

Throughout college, during the summer months, I was lucky to have worked as an entertainer at Playland in Rye, New York, and at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. After college, I toured the country in the National tour of The Pajama Game, moved to Chicago to pursue my performing career. I also worked in a bunch of summer stock productions across the county and joined Opryland’s Fiesta Texas, performing in San Antonio. It was time to make the big move to pursue my dream of performing on Broadway. I moved to NYC with $600 cash and in debt over my head. I worked as a Manager for the concessions for many of the Broadway productions. It was this work that taught me the “front of house” operations of professional theatre.

It was then time for another move, and I decided to make the leap into production at The Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. I was hired in 1996 as a Production Assistant in the Entertainment department. Disney took me under its wing and taught me what it means to be a great leader. I learned what it means to be a creative entertainment developer of live shows from the best Producers and Production Managers in the business. It was and still is the time of my life! Creating magical memories that last a lifetime…what an honor it has been to work for the Disney organization.
