Episode 1: RK Kelley
RK Kelley is a 35+ year veteran of the professional Entertainment industry which began in the children’s chorus of the Chicago Symphony and encompassed over twenty-five years at the Walt Disney Company, including executive roles spanning production, operations, and strategic development. While at Disney, she led Entertainment’s business planning and creative development for the building of Disney Cruise Line, and was distinguished as one of the Company’s youngest female executives with responsibility for the world’s largest theme park entertainment and wardrobe operations. Active as a consultant in strategy, operations, and communications, she “gives back” through community service. This includes Board roles at Dr. Phillips Charities, Butler University’s Jordan College of the Arts, and the Orlando Philharmonic where she serves as Past President, and via Orange County committee roles in both arts advocacy and diversity. Recent Projects include helming the historic Plaza LIVE theater renovation as Project Executive and creation of a meals for artists program in the wake of Covid-19, in conjunction with Feed the Need FL.
